Send us an enquiry and tell us all about your day. We’ll confirm our team’s availability and send over a custom proposal.

02. Secure Your Date

To lock us in, we simply require a signed contract and a booking fee. Once that’s done, your date is officially ours.

03. The Planning Session

About 5 weeks before your wedding, we’ll jump on a call to go over the finer details, your run sheet, and answer any remaining questions to ensure we're on the same page.

04. Your Wedding Day

We show up, we capture the magic, and we keep the vibes high. You focus on the party; we’ll handle the rest.

  • Where are you based?

    Our videography team is based in Melbourne and Albury, but we love to travel! We service all of Victoria and Southern NSW (and beyond).

  • Do you capture LGBTQIA+ weddings?

    Absolutely. We are lovers of love, and we are dedicated to capturing your story authentically, no matter how it’s defined. Everyone is welcome at WBC.

  • Do we meet before the big day?

    Definitely. Roughly five weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a planning meeting. This is our time to dive into the finer details of your run sheet, answer any remaining questions, and ensure we’re perfectly aligned to capture the film you’ve been dreaming of.

  • When will we receive our films?

    We know how excited you’ll be to relive the day! We typically deliver your full video gallery within 10–12 weeks of your wedding date. If you're in a rush to see the magic, we do offer a priority delivery add-on for a faster turnaround.

  • How will our films be delivered?

    You will receive your films via a private online gallery. These galleries are accessible 24/7 on your phone, tablet, laptop, and even your Smart TV, making it easy to share the memories with friends and family.

  • What happens if our assigned videographer can’t make it?

    While this is a situation we’ve never encountered, we are always prepared. We have a talented team of cinematographers and a wide network of professional partners across Australia. If an emergency arises, we ensure a skilled professional steps in to capture your day, while our lead editors maintain the signature WBC style for your final film.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully covered with public liability and equipment insurance. If your venue requires proof of currency, just let us know and we can provide the documentation.

  • What is required to lock in our date?

    We like to keep things simple. Once you’ve selected your package, we’ll send over a digital contract for you to sign and an invoice for your booking fee. Once those two steps are complete, your date is officially secured in our calendar!

  • How far in advance should we book?

    To ensure our team is available for your date, we generally recommend booking 10–16 months in advance, especially for popular weekend dates during wedding season.
