WBC Entertainment is a live music agency based in Melbourne. We book bands, acoustic acts and DJs for weddings, corporate events and parties around Australia. The people running it are still performing, so we know what a good gig looks like from both sides of the stage.

How WBC Started

WBC started in Melbourne as a small group of musicians and has grown from there. We've now got artists in every major city in Australia, but it still runs the same way it always has. You fill in the contact form or give us a call, you talk to one of us, and we take it from there.

What We Do

Live music and DJs around Australia

Acoustic soloists and duos, jazz and classical groups, party bands, DJs and MCs. We've got artists in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, and Canberra, so you're not paying to fly anyone in.

Weddings, corporate events and private parties

For weddings we've got packages that cover the ceremony through to the last song. Corporate functions and private parties get a quote built around your run sheet, because they're all a bit different.

Ben - Director & Founder

Ben's been a professional drummer and event producer for over 15 years and still plays regularly. He looks after the roster and the creative side of things, and books gigs directly with clients, so there's a good chance he's the one you'll be talking to.

Abbey – Sales & Event Manager

Abbey works alongside Ben on client bookings and handles the planning and logistics once you're locked in. She's been in events for over ten years, which is a big part of why things run smoothly on the day.

Olivia — Artist & Social Media Manager

Olivia is a performer herself, so she's got a good sense of who belongs on the roster. She also runs our socials and captures what our events actually look and sound like, so you get an honest picture before you book.

Common Questions

  • Where do you provide music?

    Pretty much anywhere in Australia. We've got artists based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, and Canberra, and we can usually cover regional areas from the nearest city.

  • Do you do corporate events as well as weddings?

    Yes, lots. Conferences, gala dinners, product launches, Christmas parties, client functions. We quote each one individually, so send us your date, venue and rough timings and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

  • Who'll actually turn up on the day?

    Professional musicians from our roster who we know and trust. They know how to read a room, and they know what we expect: turn up on time, be easy to work with, play well.

  • How does the planning work?

    You deal directly with our team in Melbourne. We go through your run sheet and requirements with you and coordinate everything with the artist and the venue. No automated portals, no ticket numbers.

  • We don't know what we want yet. Can you help?

    Of course we can. Plenty of people come to us without a clear idea, so tell us about the venue, the crowd and the kind of night you're picturing and we'll suggest a few options that fit.
