Tiger Swing Collective is a Hobart-based gypsy jazz ensemble performing the swinging sounds made famous by legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt and violinist Stéphane Grappelli. Blending virtuosic musicianship with infectious rhythm, the group delivers vibrant live jazz perfect for weddings, festivals, corporate events and private functions across Tasmania.


A respected fixture in the Tasmanian jazz scene, Tiger Swing Collective performs regularly throughout the state, including an annual homage to Django and Grappelli at the Salamanca Arts Centre in Hobart.


The ensemble features Charlie on violin, Harry on lead guitar, Felicity on rhythm guitar and Isaac on double bass. Together, they create the rich, energetic sound that defines classic gypsy swing — lively, sophisticated and timeless.
